Lost 2 product activations

Hello !

Today i lost another activation because i had to reactivate windows license, the first one was from windows update  , until now i have only 3 activations left if i use this one it will become 2 , and the product is not in the market anymore , so i need these lost activations back !

What should i do ? any help please ~

It is nothing to anything. Because you can still use the product even if the product is not in the market anymore.
As to extra activations because of Windows update so you already asked for that -

I contacted them and they said that they add extra activations for all users beforhand , it has been a over a week and did not get my activation yet , can someone please explain to me what to do ?

The extra activations are credited on a universal timing for all MQL5 members together, not at a personal level.

You can contact with the service desk.
But from what I understand - they will not tell the exact date (because they do not know too ..).
It was in 6th of June last time when the activations were added: Windows 10 May 2020 Update (version 2004) released - activations for purchased Market products added

I sent them a message , but it's not only the previous update , i just reactivated windows license and now i have to lose another activation , that's the reason , everything on the same computer ..

Anyways i'm going to wait ,i hope there is a solution !!
