Seems, your Windows was updated and one activation was lost because of that.
You need to delete Market indicators from Metatrader and install them once again (from same Metatrader),
and one activation will be used.

Make sure that you have into your MQL5 account (5298941) in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, with the same MQL5 account you used to purchase them.

I have been doing that for a couple of times,I have even deleted mt5 and reinstalled again together with the indicators but nothing happened
