Help! My MT4 demo on iOS stopped working out of nowhere, $0 balance.
Update, I can't create a new demo using MetaQuotes works for other servers , see photo below:
Is there any reason the MetaQuotes server shouldn't be letting me make a new Demo account in the MT4 iOS app? It sets up a new one for me in MT5. This is so buggy.

Alright this doesn't make any sense to me. I downloaded MT4 on my iPhone and had been using the default demo account, it was working great for 3 days. I made at least 60 trades over those three days but all of a sudden I started getting "common error". I Googled and found no solution, my internet connection was fine, I tried turning the phone on and off, tested different connections, nothing. Then I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Upon reinstallation all my history was gone, which is very annoying but I can live with that... but then all of a sudden there was a $0 balance in the account. I tried to make a new demo account, with 1:50 and a balance of $3000, it created the new account but then there was a $0 balance again! I deleted all the accounts and no matter how many times I tried to make a fresh new demo account it just gives me one with a $0 balance. Really frustrating, maybe I'm a noob and I'm missing something obvious. I also downloaded the desktop app and successfully made a demo there, but it won't let me log into it that account my iPhone, it tells me "invalid" even though I'm copying and pasting the credentials exactly as they were given to me. The QR code included in the desktop version tries to open MT5 on the iPhone even though I created it on MT4 desktop and want to use MT4 app!
Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong? Thank you.
