The signal I subscribed does not work.

Hi

I subscibed to a signal and I did all processes (all check box in signal bar) but there is no trading copy yet. Also I cant see the signal OPENING POSITIONS.

So, I need a help as soon as possible.

And, please, check the subscription procedure once again (just in case you missed something) -

When I check the massage in Journal I found this "investor mode [trades are not allowed] also when I check the SIGNAL OPENING POSITIONS throw my account in MQL5 web site I got this message "Enable copy trading in the MetaTrader platform to see full signal data".

No idea about investor mode ... did you login to your trading account using investor password?

It is impossible to help without any data amd without any information so you should try to help by yourself.
I am recommending to you to look at the logs once again (because every fixing it related to what is written in the logs).

I do not know about investor mode, I just following the instructions for copying.

Also, I am trying to call MQL5 support team, but I could not find there number.

Are there any way to contact them?

If you are logged into your trading account with the investor password, the signal subscription will not work.

Log into your trading account with the master password and follow the subscription instructions again.
