I have bought a product but the problem is that it's needs PC to install but I don't have it currently and I have canceled the order. Question is how do I get my money back into my bank 

@MetaQuotes Support, you might want to update your mql5.com Market terms and conditions to expressly state that Market products will/may not run in the Mobile MT5 apps. This could reduce potential billing disputes. Note that the same additional terms merely forced at checkout would be useless because, presumably, the customer will have already deposited funds prior to checkout.

The following line appears in the Market Terms of Use Agreement:

"Use of Market requires compatible devices (computer, mobile phone, etc.) and Internet access."

This seems to imply that a mobile phone is compatible with Market products.

I'm new to MT5. Every time I move my stop loss or take profit, a confirmation message pops up, which is inconvenient. Does anyone know how to change this? Please help me. Thank you.

i dont get a confirmation. Maybe you are using an ea that is coded to give you that confirmation. It can be modified if you have the source code. create a new thread of your own, and then add the code in your first post and someone will suggest where and what to modify.

Once product is activated - refunds are no longer possible. If you wish to request a refund, it must be done prior to activating the product. Thanks for your understanding.

In MT5, go to Tools (up top)==>Options==>Trade, enable One Click Trading, and click the subsequent acknowledgments.
