No, the solution is to put a high price, something like $1000, so nobody would dare copying it and you can still copy it for free.
Few things to keep in mind:
it is easily possible to copy trades between accounts with mt4, ctrader and sometimes (if you have same broker) on the broker side after contacting with him
while point above is positive information, keep in mind that if you will use different brokers there might be some lag (delay) involved ( I am saying that becasue if your strategy is scalping on 1-15m charts and position placement is critical, that MIGHT [but not have to] be an issue)
another factor (if you have different broker) is data brokers give you (you can check it out even on trading view to compare charts from different brokers, its not always the same [again mostly important while scalping]), also compare stuff like commision or spread
