Unfortunately service desk can't give working solution for that problem. I sent lot of messages to service desk. The telegram solution is not worked for me. Is service desk still trying to fix this problem? If they still working to fix it then we can wait. Admin please kindly pin this problem to discuss. I do not know what to do now!

I have the same problem.im trying to change the phone number, and I'm receiving SMS code only on one phone..I'm doing it because in order to top up with pay Pal it's necessary phone verification also.and they let me try only 3 times a day..
