MQL5 VPS hosting no server found

Hello,

I have an active VPS hosting on MQL5 New York 15. Just started MT5 and saw it is not connected to the VPS anymore.

Even when I try to add another server MT5 dialog shows no available server for ICMarkets-Live.

In my MQL account I see my connected VPS hosting which is still active.

Any ideas?

Check Community tab in your Metatrader - it should be filled with your forum login/pass.

And look at VPS journal/logs in your Metatrader for more information -

It is important to ask about log files from them (two log VPS files) Virtual Platform Logs 
Because everything is written there.

For example: the person may say that "my VPS does not work" but we may see that his VPS works, but his EA is not traded just because EA is using dll or for any other reason.

Besides, log files (Virtual Platform Logs) are necessary in case of fixing VPS for example.

Thanks! Actually, it worked shortly before the market opened. I guess it was because of maintenance or shut down on weekends.

I'm located in the United States of America and would like to have my VPS hosting server changed from your London to New York.
Please let me know if there is a way I can make that change within your platform when I logged in to my account...

If you cannot be moved, can I cancel the subscription and get refunded for the remainder of the year unused time/months?

If VPS hosting server is automatically located, and it is in London for you (according to your post above), and it means that the server of your broker is located near the London as well. And it is not related to your physical location (to your home Metatrader) at all.

So, it is related to the broker you selected ... if you select the broker which is keeping their computers' servers in New York so VPS hosting server will automatically select the place to be near the city for example.

Besides, if you cancel a paid subscription, the remaining time is returned to your MQL5.com account in the form of "free" minutes. Which later can be spent on a new subscription "for minutes."
