Good afternoon. I watched the video clip. I opened my MetaTrader and I don't have the Signals tab. Why is that?

Possible errors:
  1. Your operating system has Internet Explorer version lower than 8.1.
  2. Your trading organisation blocks the "Signals" tab.
  3. You are running the terminal through Wine.
 
Is there no Chinese version?

pls someone answer this guy because I have the same question should I keep metatrader open while we are copying someone signals or we can turn it off ?
 

Maybe someone has encountered, please advise the following:

When connecting to the platform, there is a tab Signals, but no signal is not displayed, my friend has everything in order, one broker. After clicking on "start copying", the platform starts, then I enter my login and password from the site and nothing happens. Please tell me what the problem may be.

Look through the "Log" tab in the terminal: by any chance there are no warnings about the need to update Internet Explorer? One broker is not an indicator: is the type of trading accounts the same?

Thanks for the advice, I will review this information today. The type of accounts is the same, demo accounts. Also, when going to the "Signals" tab, my tabs "favourites" "statistics" "main" are in English, while his are in Russian.

Strange path to the "Data Folder" folder.

  1. By any chance, is there no "\Portable" key in the terminal startup shortcut?
  2. Isn't UAC disabled in the operating system?

The path should be something like this: Data Folder: C:\Users\Vladimir\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\755986BA06ADA407569C544CC0D97611

Plus: update the terminal by connecting to the "MetaQuotes-Demo" demo server.
