Okay now i am probably mixing things.

My bad.

Eleni Anna Branou:

I don't see the server restart in that log.

What does the following lines from my logs mean:

0    02:27:54.852    RAM: 174 Mb reserved, 189 Mb committed
0    03:21:51.150    Connect: 185.63.223.190:443
0    03:21:51.369    '51510': login on VantageFX-Live 2 through DC6 - London (ping: 2.10 ms)
0    03:21:51.431    Connect: 185.63.223.190:443
0    03:21:51.447    '51510': login datacenter on VantageFX-Live 2 through DC6 - London (ping: 2.10 ms)
0    03:21:51.447    '51510': previous successful authorization performed from 105.0.1.18

There is a gap and then a login message.

Nop, that's normal.

When there is a server restart you will see the whole shutdown and restart sequence in detail.

Ok. Then I still need an explanation of why the trades close in my subscriber's account.

Joseph John Kriel:
Ok. Then I still need an explanation of why the trades close in my subscriber's account.

That could be caused by a million things that we don't know about, such as manual intervention, loss of connection, lack of VPS, computer/server restart and many more.

As long as we don't know the whole story from both sides (and I mean 100%) we couldn't tell the reason.

My account is traded by an EA. There was no manual intervention. I have given you both logs. No sure what more I can tell you.

If it doesn't become clear from the logs then there isn't a reason going to be found from that information.

At this point you could contact your broker.

Also, there can still be manual intervention even when an EA is trading.

And also there can be manual intervention on both sides of the connection so please check the other side.

You know the whole story from your side, but you don't know all the details from the subscriber's side.

Signal subscribers often do small/minor interventions that they don't understand but they affect signal copying.

This happened on 3 account that are subscribed to the signal. I know all the subscribers well. None of them made any manual intervantions. This happened at 04:00 local time. We where all asleep.

If that happened to 3 subscribers at the same time, then the cause is at your side, but the log file doesn't reveal anything about it.

We can't help from here.
