do not work in Real account
or that I did not receive support,
when the seller does not return or
Can not modify, fix the code?

I bought two Robots that only work
in the MT4 simulator. I had a high loss on the purchase.

Is there a channel for Ovidoria or Reporting?

Service Desk without response,

You can look at the Market Rules - Payment Terms - 

In case of any fraudulent activities and/or misleading Product description, the Seller's account will be blocked and funds received from the Product sales will be returned to the buyers.
