I subscribed to this signal on 01.02.2019

I did not got in my trading account not even half of the trades that trader placed in this account

Why is that, and how I can solve it?

This problem is called slippage.

Contact the signal provider for advice on the best broker/server setups for copying his/her signal.

You can also check the signal's slippage tab for best options, green and upper yellow options are good, lower yellow acceptable, orange and red are to be avoided.

I was at profite side and suddenly MT4 stopped working until now, now my trading is active and I am losing my money because of MT4 issue, I want to know how can I solve this problem and I want to my losing Money. thats bad when it happen from big company.

I bought the Cancun Cahyadi signal, but when the signals opened from the signal provider, the hedge transactions are copied to my account twice, that is, if the signal provider hedges its position, 1 lot of buy poses opens, I open 2 buy pos signals, 1 lot and 1 lot. How can I fix this. Thanks

If the trades are opened on your account twice so it may be for the following reason:

• you are using MQL5 VPS and your home computer for subscription for the same time; 
• you are copying stop loss and take profit values in the subscription settings, and when the trade is closed for you but for signal provider - not yet so the syste, may opened the trade for you once again (because the pricer has the trade and you - not);
• some other reason.

Lot size ... if lot sizes for open positions are not the same for you with the signal provider so it is normal situation (it should be likethat by default).
