XM - Signal disabled
- Virtual Server not synchronizing the EA
- nothing to synchronize, signal for '' is not enabled - PLEASE HELP!

As each month, I subscribed to a new signal and register a virtual server (10$/month) but since the 2nd of December the signal is not synchronized... The signal appears in green, I checked everything, I selected ''Synchronize signal only'' but I have the same message: ''Virtual Hosting: nothing to synchronize, signal for 'xxx' is not enabled. I cancelled server hosting and I subscribe to a new VPS but I have always the same message. Please could you help me ?
