The max load % seems to be misleading. For example, if a trader has a low leverage, say 1:50 then naturally they will require more margin ('i.e. "deposit load") to trade with a small account, this does not mean there is a higher risk, in fact its more likely to be a lower risk as the trader only has access to as big a lot size as their account allows them. Traders with small accounts and high leverage, say 1:500 are more likely to be using bigger lot whilst using far less margin (i.e. "deposit load") and actually represent a greater risk to the subscriber. A better way to evaluate this would be to take the size of the account as a factor when calculating deposit load.

You can calculate your lot size using the following example (from General information on Trading Signals for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 article):

Let's consider a specific example of using the volumes management system:

1. Provider: balance 15 000 USD, leverage 1:100
2. Subscriber1: balance 40 000 EUR, leverage 1:200, deposit load percentage 50%
   
3. Subscriber2: balance 5 000 EUR, leverage 1:50, deposit load percentage 35%
4. EURUSD exchange rate = 1.2700
   

Calculation of Provider's and Subscriber's position volumes ratio:

1. Balances ratio considering specified part of the deposit in percentage terms:
   Subscriber1: (40 000 * 0,5) / 15 000 = 1,3333 (133.33%)
   Subscriber2: (5 000 * 0,35) / 15 000 = 0,1166 (11.66%)
   
2. After considering the leverages:
   Subscriber1: the leverage of Subscriber1 (1:200) is greater than Provider's one (1:100), thus correction on leverages is not performed
   Subscriber2: 0,1166 * (50 / 100) = 0,0583 (5.83%)
3. After considering currency rates of the deposits at the moment of calculation:
   Subscriber1: 1,3333 * 1,2700 = 1,6933 (169.33%)
   Subscriber2: 0,0583 * 1,2700 = 0,0741 (7.41%)
4. Total percentage value after the rounding (performed using a multistep algorithm):
   Subscriber1: 160% or 1.6 ratio
   Subscriber2: 7% or 0.07 ratio

Thus under the given conditions, Provider's deal with volume of 1 lot will be copied: 

- to Subscriber1 account in amount of 160% -  volume of 1.6 lots

- to Subscriber2 account in amount of 7% -  volume of 0.07 lots

questions regarding the reliability of a signal service...

if my account, as a signal provider -- that was on the first page of the signals pages, makes 55% this month; or dd hits 35%, what happens? I lose my spot on the first page of the signals pages? And I can not get new subscribers, correct? Can I recovery my placing and rankings? and how to be allowed to accept new subscribers again?

The signal provider will not lose the subscribers in this case. As to the place (placing) on the page of showcase ...

• yes, some providers are looking for that place other than promoting their business to the other forums and to former twitter and everywhere.
• But there are signal providers who are already having many followers in facebook or twitter who are waiting for the signals from them ...
• There are signal providers who are asking about "how can I promote my signal" and so on (to use all possibilities of that via internet everywhere, for example - some providers are having their own websites, and so on).

So, the providers are different ones: some of them do not care much and rely on website showcase ranking, the other providers understand it as a business and making own promotion of it.

And I can not get new subscribers, correct? Can I recovery my placing and rankings? and how to be allowed to accept new subscribers again?

There are some providers with the signals, and those signals are not on the first page of website showcase, and they are getting new subscribers with not a problem at all.

And yes - the placing and ranking can be recovered.

And my personal opinion which I am posting is all the time on the forum during the many years (it is about Market products but it is same for the Signals and for Freelance as well):

• If you bought the product from your friend or from your relative or from very active users on this forum so you can fix anything related with the sellers who are responsible about what they are seller (and because you both know each other for the long time).
• But if you bought something from "anyone" just because of have a lot of money so - sorry: it is your risk, and this risk can not be turned to anyone else.

There is one rule which some people follow:
subscribe to the signal or create an order in Freelance or purchase the product from the user/seller/coder/provider you know in person or you know by activity on the forum.

Because if you purchased something so I may ask:
"Do you know the seller in person, or you are familiar with him on this forum?"
If you say: "Not" so it will be very strange case for me ...

Just my optinion.

There are a lot of professional and honest users/coders on the forum, and some of them are very active on this forum helping to the other people and replying on the forum posts/requests.

Always choose the person you know in this forum (who is very active here), and you will have less problems with anything.

Just my opinion sorry.
