Signals cannot be followed
No idea ... your signal is for MT4 and he wants to subscribe using MT4 too? may be - he was a signal provider and wants to use same account ... anyway - you can check this thread (the first page of this thread) : Frequently Asked Questions about the Signals service

Good morning,
I have a friend who wants to follow my free signals. However he installed MT4 and he could not follow the signals. The instrument is the same, except the brokers are different.
Does anyone have any idea about what is going on?
