I did not find the second/3rd pair for Gold on this broker ..
But it may be something with the broker anyway -
If it is related to the broker so it can not be fixed.

I mean the following:
If you see "symbol not found" error message (but you have this symbol) so it may be because of the following: signal system identified more than one pair for this symbol with suffixes/prefixes).
If yes, so nothing you can do except the changing the broker.

I confirm I have the same problem with different broker. The provider has XAUUSD.p while I have XAUUSD only. May be a bug in copying program.

It means that you selected the broker which is very different from the broker of your signal provider.

Can someone confirm that XAUUSD trades done by signal providers do not get copied on Alpari Account. I find it strange that such a popular broker will not support such a trade on its MT4 platform. On my account XAUUSD trades are not getting copied on Alpari Trade server while they were working fine earlier on other brokers.

It depends on what is written in the specification for this symbol (in Market Watch - right mouse click on XAUUSD - Specification - ...), and what is written on the logs.
I am looking at this symbol both on ICM where it works (signal provider is also on ICM) and on Alpari, I see few differences but not sure if they matter. While Margin Currency is XAU on ICM it is USD on Alpari., Calculation mode is Forex on ICM but it is floating on Alpari. Apart from that the only thing that looks odd is the very high swap on Alpari compared to ICM. Other properties in the description of the two brokers are quite different.
