signal not working

I have subscribed to a signal everything looks good. I can see the trades taken by the signal provider in my journal however no trades are taken on my account

Make sure you've done everything as described here: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/189731

If your problem persists, contact the signal provider.

i am getting this message in my journal

is this the reason the signal is not trading?

This has nothing to do with your signal subscription.

Market is totally different thing than Signals.

Please follow the above instructions.
