Different handling for long and short is never good.
The conditions should be the same.

Joe are you on crack? what makes you think that prices move Up and Down in the same way? Hell no they dont!
I would NEVER use the same parameters for a Buy strategy and a Sell strategy. Thats just plain stupid.
