hello, 

i am a signal seller.

my leverage is 1:500 in fact.

but it seems 1:300 here.

why?

 

Signal account leverage was changed 4 times from 1:66 to 1:300

And then a fifth time ? from 300 to 500 ?

no, i actually changed from 1.:100 to 1:500

but here it says from 1:66 to 1:300

i check my margin when i open a position, it is 1:500 now

This website is weird.

There should be an online customer support.

 

As I see - it is written the following:
"Signal account leverage was changed 4 times from 1:66 to 1:300"

Besides, as I know - the signal stats/information is updated regularly, but it is not once in a day.
So, you should wait when the signal stats will be updated for every signal of the service.

i changed leverage few times to avoid the problem but it did not work.

This is the technical situation:

  • website is showing your leverage as 1:300
  • you told that your leverage is 1:500

Who is right, and who is not? You will need to clarify with the admins or with the service desk.

It takes some time for the leverage to be updated.

It can take up to a few days.

Stop playing with the leverage and you will be fine, this is against your credibility as a signal provider.

As I see - it was already changed to 1:500 so everything was fixed.

Worth learning to read. 'From' and 'to' quite clearly speak about the range. Especially since you do not want to read and "2 times." You changed your shoulder not once, but twice. 1: 200 -> 1: 100 -> 1:25.
