No, thats your payment, it has nothing to do with the use of the product you purchased.

Read carefully: Purchases on the Market tab of your MT4/5 Terminal window, not here in MQL5.com!

 
i have the same problem, i purchase EA , on mql5 its showing under purchased but when i try to install on terminal it ask for me to make a payment

Because you haven't logged into your MQL5 account in your MT4/5 terminal with your khukx username/login.

I wonder why you and a lot of other MQL5 members keep trying to login with their email, when they are asked to put their login, the one THEY choose upon registration.

It depends on when you paid: now or few days ago for example.
Because it is recommended to deposit fund to MQL5 forum profile first, and pay directly from MQL5 profile (because if not so it may benecessary to wait for more than one day for the payment will be completed).

When the payment is completed so you can see your purchase in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/512104325/market 
and if yes so you can install it from/to MT5 for example.

if you do not see your purchases in Purchase tab of Metatrader so you can do the following - for example:

Forum on trading, automated trading systems and testing trading strategies

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again
