Paid but unable to activate

Paid but unable to activate , still showing buy in my Purchased . I logged in my MQL5 area but still not giving me the activation icon. Please help

You must login into your MQL5 account with your 30082525 login and NOT your email.

My account says I have financial restrictions on my VPS. Same card number just different security code CVV.

The original card set the account up with became faulty.

$42.17 NZD has been taken from my account.
