How to change time zone in MT5?

I have MT5 account with FxPro and currently staying in Spain. 

I asked question:

"How to change time zone in MT5?"

and got the following answer:

"Unfortunately this is not possible, time zone is set as default GMT+3"

Is it true? And MT5 not allowed to change time zone?

Please clarify.

There is nothing to clarify. The answer you got is pretty clear.

The timezone is set by the broker (server), you can't change. Search for a broke who uses the timezone you want.

• FX opens 5pm ET Sunday and ends 5pm ET Friday. Some brokers start after (6pm is common/end before (up to 15 minutes) due to low volatility.

  Swap is computed 5pm ET. No swap if no open orders at that time.

• Brokers use a variety of timezones. Their local time (with or without DST,) GMT/UTC, GMT+2, NY+7.

  Only with NY+7 does the broker's 00:00 equals 5pm ET and the start of a daily bar is the start of a new FX day.

  GMT brokers, means there is a 1 or 2 hour D1/H4 bar on Sunday (depending on NY DST,) and a short Friday bar.

  GMT+2 is close but doesn't adjust for NY DST.

  EET is closer except when their DST doesn't match NY's. Last Sunday of March and 1:00 on the last Sunday of October vs second Sunday in March and return at 2:00 a.m. EDT to 1:00 a.m. EST on the first Sunday in November.

• Non-NY+7, means the chart daily bar overlaps the start, and converting broker time to NY time requires broker to GMT to NY timezone conversions.

• If you search the web you will find differing answers. Those are all wrong (half the year) because they do not take DST into account (or that it changed in 2007 [important when testing history.])

Just look for a broker that offers 5 GMT.

If you want that the time of the charts corresponds with the time on you pc change the time of you pc to 2 GMT

The time set in Metatrade comes from Broker. That is very clear.
Just a suggestion. I would be a nice feature, if we could "Select" a chart's time zone, even if for only user's visual input.  Broker might be in Europe, however the user may be following USA market.

How can MetaQuotes know all brokers' (they come and go daily) Time zone and Daylight savings time (including historical changes for back testing)? Do you have that information for just you and your broker? Only then, with code can you convert session times to broker's time to UTC to local time. You can use offset inputs but then you must maintain them correctly, through all three DST changes when they occur.

How do I match my AI's time zone and my broker's time zone to a VPS in a different time zone. For example, my broker's time zone is GMT+3 and my VPS's time zone is +5.
