Indicator for setting own time zones in MT5

Hello! Is there a way to set the time zones in MT5? Can this possibly be programmed via an indicator so that not the broker time but the own time zone is displayed below the chart window? It would be nice if someone here knows something about it.

This is really badly resolved in MT5. It does not affect the broker time, but only the time shown in the chart. It would probably be so easy for MQL5 to implement a function here in the settings. This can be set in almost all other trading platforms.

Is it possible to program this technically via an indicator?
