I just download ZIP file and extract it on MQL5 folder.

zip file does not contain update.

Checked both sources a year ago(their two AMPs) compared to a third source, seems to be clear, check it out!

Something changed on the rannforex website this week. The support for old browsers in terms of https, to which there is a forced redirect. So be careful, in this case it will not give errors, but it will not download anything new either.

It's pumping without a problem.

It seems that the downloader is tied to the IE version in Windows. So it depends on the OS. I tried it on stock Windows 8 with IE10 without updates, it returns code 1001, which is not perceived as an error, while downloaded 0. IE also does not open the site. I guess they messed with the cipher suite or certificate on the server. But the broker said, we will not rollback, update. So those who do not have a new OS should keep in mind.

 
@fxsaber interesting script. can the data be updated easily every 10-15 seconds via an EA and build up the history?

The code has been updated. In particular, the script execution has been accelerated and a URL has been added to the source (at the bottom of ThirdPartyTicks.mqh) explicitly to allow quick editing to an alternative address (still available in some countries).
