Something is wrong with the files. According to the main file tree here https://www.mql5.com/en/code/20225, there are 2 Ticks.mqh and 2 CustomSymbol.mqh of different sizes in \MQL5\Include\fxsaber\ThirdPartyTicks\. But if you download it or view it, it opens the same file. The zip archive is broken, of course.

I just download ZIP file and extract it on MQL5 folder.

And as you can see I used latest version of MT5, But compiling has errors as you can see in screenshot.
