since the EA "Renko 2.0 Offline" generate bars, and it is not an indicator per se, you can use the indicator you want on top of it. Just select the price close, open, high, low or any other data being generated by it. Just remember to keep your chart on 1M.

Did you compile?
download the code, copy libraries (*.mqh) to include directory, Renko2Offline.mq5 to your expert folder, open then compile.
