Like on the picture attached, there are several moves of stochastic crossing 40/60 prior the big move. If we have taken each earlier 40/60 cross blindly, then we might be in losses.
How do you avoid/filter those false moves and how do you make up your decision to take the right move on time?

on MT4 the default stochastic line color is green and red, so actually which line is the signal line?

Nice Stochastic Trading System. I use stochastic crossover as buying signals but I also combine it with Candlestick patterns and macd crossovers.
