The last two lines indicate your account state.

If you were to close all postions that were currently open when this statement was generated you would have in your account that following balance: $ 303,050.99

Ok now let me explain what the two last lines mean:

- Cash Account Value $ 130,988.36 (09-30-08)

This is the balance prior to applying any profit(or losses) from any open trades.

- Market Account Value $ 303,050.99 (09-30-08) (Unrealized)[/ This is the balance that reflects the addition (or subtraction) of any profit (loss) of any open trades you currently have active.

If you close all the trades that are open then according to those numbers you will add a profit of $ 172,062.63 to the balance of $ 130,988.36

Hence the total of $ 303,050.99
