If The Indicator Pops Up An Alert... how many minutes will it continue to that same direction on a 1min TF Chart..?

Not for BO, this indicator is trend indicator.

I do not know how many minutes, because it depends on the price movements.

For BO, you should use StepUpDown
 

Can the indicator be made so it show directions 90 up and 90 down , 180 degrees in total , instead of 360 backflip up or down ? :)

This strategy states that 360 degrees is 0, above 0 is 0 to 90 degrees (90 - 0 = 90), and below 0 is 0 to 270 degrees (360 - 270 = 90).
If you want to change please change according to your wishes, because the source code you already know.
