You are right

But that is not a compatibility problem, but a coding error problem at that indicator (it becomes like that after the first new tick)

It does not and it could never work properly

Here is a version that will not do that thing : hurst_difference_1.01_nmc.mq4

It is just a quick fix of it. It simply never could work as it should when new ticks were coming in even in the old builds - it does not work correctly with the local arrays it is declaring without a code fix
