Sorry, but it can not (mt4 does not have that drawing style)

I believe that it is due to a completely different graphical interface - or else they would have done it already

Here is a version of Aroon indicator that displays colored line, bars or candles on the mains chart (and it can do it automatically depending on the chart type) : aroon_on_chart.mq5
