Usually depends on what stage of the session I'm in.

When doing heavy coding, debugging logic or running backtests I prefer low-distraction background music—tracks from Alan Walker or similar electronic/chill playlists keep the focus sharp without breaking concentration.

For active market hours or casual routine monitoring, upbeat Punjabi tracks mostly Karan Aujla and Sidhu Moose Wala—are my go-to. Helps keep the energy up through slower consolidation phases.
