i noticed something , when using this indicator(default settings) in offline charts (range bars) , bar coloring will go wrong but indicator window is stable . any idea ?

As I have told a couple of times already : I can not guarantee anything for custom (offline) charts, since all offline charts depend on the code that is generating those offline charts not on metatrader itself
