I could say:

filter to use for filtering = 3 and apply filter to be = filter the nma

I think he or you must find from same locality for best suit,cross continental will create more problems for you both in so many aspects.any way where are you planning VALIMA :)

but if you let him as he will be compromise some where around neighboring,don't worry :)
