I agree, but only partially. The biggest dilemma of Mario Draghi is that so far all he did was "declarative intervention". So far no real action have been taken from the ECB side. Rate cuts (or not cutting them and saying a real reason why) would stop being just declarative. And I doubt that he is going to step out of the safe bounds of actually not doing anything

The latest data on the European inflation fell to 1.2%: it is now required for the Euro to fall to avoid deflation.
