I don't know why. Those emails are sent to the owners directly (from the "other" category) Some are sent to admins and we are answering those, but I don't know what is happening to emails that are not delivered to us (forum admins)

I think it was my fault. I think I must check "Receive emails from administrators" to receive emails. This is why I suspect. No idea why I unchecked it. I will send a message again.
