how come make it to non repaint.. if the entire calculation happens it was repainting. if the bars max are like 1000 or 10000like means it will eliminate the last bar and include the current bar. so is it repaint❓

I If anyone can help please I am looking for an indicator with arrows, should be non repainting and should be 2015 or later (build 600). I need an mq4 file as well. example here:
