I was wondering if a partial profit alert could be incorporated? In other words if profit reaches $XXX (user set by pips or currency) an (audio/email??) alert could be sent. This would be in addition to the alert that is sent when positions close. There are times that it would be nice to be alerted when the trade is in profit by X dollars and take a fresh look at technical analysis and possibly reevaluate the original profit targets etc. Maybe even taking some profits off the table.

EA / Script to exit

Hi! I am searching for EAs / scripts, which can be added to a chart with EA attached or nonEA chart, to exit automatically when a certain condition(s) is(are) met:

1. a certain number of pips went against my position

2. I want to exit immediately

I tried to search but was not successful.

To use with several EAs!!

Please can they clarify a doubt?

If I use the Multiposition, with several EAs.

Is it necessary to annul the options, Stops and Limits, in the rest of the EAs?

I used it with manual opened orders so this EA will manage the open orders. But I've never used it with other EAs. Besides, it is also related to magic number.

 

Apologies in advance for my ignorance. This thread says to attach the EA to any chart and then it will manage all trades. However, if I attach it to a chart that has an existing EA on it, it removes that EA. If I attach it to a new chart, it does nothing. I am using Divergence Trader on all available currency pairs, but the internal management of trades function is not working. I thought if I used MutiPosition Expert it might, but how do I attach it so that it will manage all the trades of Divergence Trader across all curency pairs as a basket of trades?

 

EA should be attached to any empty chart and it will manage the trades according to the settings (or magic number). Personally I used v1.12 for the long time. To use this EA with manual trades so I open all the trades using the script with magic number https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/174881/page5
