Portfolio: PriceChannelExpert and others - page 18

Look at first posts of this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/174701 but it is not for 1,000 deposit ... 1,000 may be fine with 0.01 lot size for example and there are many EAs as mini versions posted and tested in elite section...

as to 1,000 deposit and 0.1 lot size ... so manual trading systems are better in this case. There are some EAs which are profitable but I did not try them for 1,000 with 0.1 lot size ... May be StepMaExpert_v1.45 and few more ... I use StepMaExpert_v1.45 with 1,500 and 0.01 lot size ...

but 1,000 is too small deposit for 0.1 lot size. May be good for one pair bur for 4 pairs - need more money.

The problem with small deposit size (1,000 for example) the following: the profit is increasing slowly. For example: 70% profit for 1 year is very good results. 100% profit for one year is fantastic and almost unbelieveble. So, if initial deposit is 50,000 and after one year we have 75,000 so that's fine. It is 70%. But if initial depopsit is 1,000 and after one year we have 1,700 ... it's same 70 % but profit is 700 dollars only for one year.

That is why the profit is increasing slowly for small deposit.

There are some EAs (Brainwashing EAs for example) which can be used even for 700 or 600 dollars deppsit with 0.1 lot size. I traded this Brainwashing system manually during the many months on real account having just 700 dollars in deposit using 0.1 lot size ...But in the same principle: no more than 100% in one year. Because if more - it is martingale type of trading or some very risky trading.

Just one example with 10p3v0.03 EA. I am forward testing it since January this year on one account.

https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/176044/page2

I started with 5,000 deposit. Now it is more than 7,000 and it will be 10,000 in the end of the year. 0.01 starting lot size. Martingale (lot size is increasing by martingale cycles). And many members are continuing asking me: "why so small profit for one year". I replied: "100% in one year it is fantastic results. If you use it with 50,000 so you can get the other 50,000 for one year! It is very good". They replied: "but we have 600 dollars to deposit. And the other 600 as a profit for 1 year is not a fantastic for us".

Thus, the problem is that we need scalper EA for elite section to be used with small deposit size. For the risky people.

Or use 0.01 or 0.02 (up to 0.04) lot size.

M15 timeframe.

Visual forward testing statements:

It is really interesing system: EA is placing just one pending order (buy stop or sell stop) according to the prediction of the price movement, and if the price go to opposite direction so EA will not trade.

---------

20PipsExpert_v2.1 is here. M15 timeframe. Default settings, alpari broker but this EA will work with any broker so just change the time in the settings according to your broker. And please see this post for backtesting results. Original thread is here: EA, pre-set files for 4 majors and AUDUSD, backtesting results for AUDUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, GBPUSD, EURUSD.

------------

I traded this system manually by indicator (just one indicator on public thread (see links above) and it may be good for some signal service or so.

Hi

how can i install .set files.. i don't know how to install this

Thanks

pre-set files are the settings of the EA which are stored in the file: instead of typing the settings manually every time in EA so we can just load this file. It save a lot of time.
