Yes.

You should have stdlib file in Metatrader (/include folder).

I just zipped everything.

Sorry, but I am still having problems - when I compile the Expert I get an error "Tracert.mqh - cannot open program file" Any suggestions?

Tracert.mqh should be in \experts\include folder. Do not compile this Tracert.mqh.
