has anybody seen an indicator that tells you the pips on chart - or + between two moving averages

I have attached this indicator with its default parameters. Not changing any input.
I think there is some issue with it. Could you please have a look.
Note: I loaded every time frame from M1 to MN, but no change in the way it loads on the chart.
And there is one more request if its possible
To convert this indicator to show some marking for previous candles where 3 appeared before getting fixed. And consider 1 & 2.

All is just fine with that indicator
One hour on 15 minute chart example
same indicator just changed the time frame to 4 hours

Thank you for a swift reply.
I think I could not convey the problem correctly. I did not mean to say that Muti Frame is not working.
Multi-time frame is working.
About loading M1 to MN; I meant loading the candles data.
The problem I feel is the way 1, 2 & 3 are appearing in M5 & M1 in their current time frame. I am attaching the M5 example again for ready reference.
Note: While writing this reply, I realised; maybe I posted this on wrong thread. If so, my apologies.

Why don't you use MACD (since it is doing exactly that)?
I know that it is not on chart, but ...
