No, they are not identical
The one posted in the elite corrected all the coding errors that someone made when s/he tried copy / paste some stuff, so the one from the elite does the job as it should

Did you try executing the indicator that you are referring to?
If yes, then you know what problems does it have. If you corrected them, then there is no difference
