I do not believe in backtesting.I am using bacltesting just to understand how EA is working and so on backtesting for profit/profit factor. But only if I understand how EA works, which indicators are using and so on.

Would it difficult to write an EA based Zig-zag or Super-signals, that added something like a four or five period delay before placing a trade? Then maybe extend the delay if a new signal came up in the mean time? I would be curious to see how this would perform compared to trying to use RSI or Stochastic to confirm a signal. I don't know if either of those indicators can be part of an EA. Can they?

Hi, I'm testing a lot of EAs here. It seems that is necessary a lof of money to gain. So my question is: in this section there is a profitable EA, with good entry, small stoploss, and high profit trades?
It always depends on the expectation.
And it depends on what the people want.
If I will post some new EA so the people will create good settings? Or will wait for me?
For example - I am testing new scalper for 1 day (created by Igorad). It is trading on 10 seconds timeframe (by ticks). But it is very complicated by the settings, and it is in many variations of the settings/input so I can not create the good settings very quickly: too many variations.

There are 4 types of the EAs in the world: martingale, hedge, scalping, MTF and old classical.
I will not promote martingale, hedge, scalping and MTF EAs. Other type of the EA - it is old classical EAs performed differently. I like StepMAExpert_v1.45 EA.
The best old classical EAs are in this elite section collected.
So, it depends on the expectation.
