Hi mrtools,

Thanks for your reply,Yes I have looked at these TSI versions that you have mentioned unfortunately none are what I'm looking for,I'm trying to find TSI with the histogram showing the differences between the MA's similar to a MACD histogram and like the histogram in the attachment I provided in my last post

Stop cheating

Only now saw this post, so ...

That is the question you should ask William Blau and math. The question is how is that completely different math produces similar results? You have the source for MACD and you have the source for DI, compare it and tell me if they are the same. So where is the cheating done from my side? Also, you can find the book by William Blau called "Momentum, Direction and Divergence" and you can find the original code for DI by William Blau so you can compare it to the version posted here.

All that I can tell on post like yours is that MACD and DI are calculated in a completely different way and that, from that point of view (math point of view) have nothing in common, so DI is not MACD. But then, you could easily check that by simply taking a look at the code

All the best

2+2=4

2+1+1=4

1+2+1=4

3+1=4

Hey Mladen, stop cheating on us

zhao William Blau's ergodic candlestick oscillator with alerts added

It is possibly time for a version with super smoother, with alerts as before.

Same thing done with William Blau's candlestick momentum index (from this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/176430/page5 ) done with tick volume indicator too. Was testing some longer calculation periods and even with longer periods it seems to be useful (the example bellow is using 64 for primary calculation length)

Continuing the adapting of William Blau's indicators

This is a Blau TSI (True strength index) with alerts using super smoother instead of ema. Like the other ones, it seems that it is benefiting too from the change but please test it before using - visual insepctions shows improvement, real time trading should give a final decision

Also the William Blau ergodic divergence indicator converted to use super smoother instead of the ema in calculation. The original ema using indicator was posted at this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173131/page3 (it can eventually be compared and one can decide which one suites best to ones needs - what is sure is the the super smoother version is faster for same calculation lengths and is much smoother)

please if possible add arrows alert in this indicator

This is some of Blau's indicators made compatible with new mt4 builds.
