About backtesting ... I am not backtesting, I am forward testing/trading.
Because this is mtf EA - in our settings (i am using default settings as I remember):
rbci timeframe1 = H4
and
rbci timeframe2 = H1
Trading on H1.
So, backtesting is not valid.
As to losing trades in the end of backtesting so I think - it is close on backtesting finish. I mean - trades were closed because backtesting was stopped. Close on stop.
I think - it is drawdown (because we can not see drawdown on open trades when backtesting).
It is martingale anyway: in case of min lot size = 0.01 - I had max lot size = 0.55
So, if you will use deposit size = 1,000 dollars so it will be margin call anyway.
Less risky pairs to trade is AUDJPY and GBPUSD.
It is my settings for this EA (I am not sure exactly but I think that it is default settings):

You can calculate by yourself:
trading since february this year is 240 days in general.
EA made 748 trades total.
748/240 = about 3 trades in a day.
