MQL4 Manual with working Table of Contents

Hi,

This is a very large MQL4 manual I've seen around. The original had Html links that no longer work.

This one has been given a nested Table of Contents (look in the Bookmarks tab) and it's much easier to navigate.

BTW, many people asked for some mql or mql4 manual (how to create EAs) in German language. I did not find.

So if somebody finds some mql/mql4 manuals on German (or different languages) please post here.

After that you will need those links:
