You have to ask to your broker, it's him who set the symbol's name.

No idea ... it is the broker named EURUSD pair like that. It is nothing with Metaquotes. Ask your broker about the meaning sorry. By the way - it is not bad case ...

Arm is the start of the name of the Broker and  the .arm pairs are for Demo accounts . . .  as far as I can tell from a 5 sec Google search.
