Im sorry, I gave you a shout out as I thought you were the moderator. I see now that you are a developer.
Yes I do agree that signal providers and Mt5 should be a trustworthy service. the problem is see in this forum and with myself is that
people are unsure of what the settings mean and are trying to understand the settings so platform can be operated in the way they want is clearly the objective of the users here.
Also the information in journals. subscribers accounts is inconsistant and mostly indecipheralble. For instance- can you tell me why my providers accounts list says there was a trade opened
on the 18 Nov, but in another section it says their last trade was 3 days ago? This provider wont answer any messages, however my other provider will. So see, incorrect and inconsistent information
when using MT5.
Things like this are causing financial losses to people and its certainly not througn any fault of the subscribers.
If you have any TECHNICAL information you would liket to share, then you are welcome to respond

I am working on solution now and seem to have made some progress
Over the last week Ive tried all the combinations "enable copy trading- disable copy trading" "synchronise" after disabling, before migrating, stop loss take profit on/off/ before sync.
I hope youll understand what I mean- I have tried all the sequences.
So in the end I TURNED OFF MLQ5 VPS and had the following options in the terminal
Agree to terms of signals... Yes (box ticked)
Enable subscription... Yes
Copy stop/TP No (box not ticked)
Allow Sync without confirm Yes
Then I closed a position and waited for it to come back. Positions are taking about 10secs to 1minute to come back I noticed
Position returned. So then I unticked Allow Sync without confirm and closed off another position and it HAS NOT COME BACK.
This is how it is designed to happen. I do not like it either, and that is why I do not use the signals subscription service. If you read the forum posts on mql5 signal subscriptions and user terms, you will confirm that it is doing as it was designed.
