Metatester 5 Agents not starting

Hello ,

I have problem with metatester agents. I cannot start them.

The problem appeared after updating to Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview. Evaluation copy. Build 15007.rs_prelelease.170107-1846

I followed the above steps in order to solve the issue but the did not work. 

1) I have reinstalled Metatrader 5 and Metatester.

2) I have unnistalled and reinstalled the agents in Metatester Manager.

3) When I try to start the service from windows services, I get the following error 

"Windows cannot start the Metatester-1 service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion".

In the event viewer I see the following info:

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MetaTester-1 service to connect."  -- I increased the timeout to 120000 milliseconds but the issue was not fixed.

Having the same issue, I am trying to start the agents on a laptop with i5 cpu, not virtual, also I don't want to run them for the cloud but rather internal farm, 64bit Windows 10 by the way

The same happens on a Windows 10  desktop, 64 bit, Core 2 Duo E8500

Anyone experiencing the same?
