I think the point is that using questionable data can easily make the results even more questionable.

here are your trades in a EURUSD template file,  apply the template to a new EURUSD H1 chart and zoom out as far as possible . . .

Its not gona be used in world bank forex account. This is just an experiment i dont trust scalping my self but maybe i can learn something from it that might lead to greater things thats why im playing around with this.
 

If you look at trade 262    4th May 2012 you will see it experiences approx   1.31652 - 1.20420   =  0.11232   or 1,123 pips of draw down,  the TP is at  1.31702  or 5 pips.

 

For all your trades to be taken you are happily risking 1123 pips for a reward of 5 pips, this gives a R:R of  1123:5  or  224.6,  this R:R would give a Coin Toss Win rate of 99.56%

 
As i said scalping is a win and leave investment like a casino game but that doesnt stop or shouldnt stop us from exploring ideas

We are exploring ideas. I don't believe all scalping would fit under this definition. When I think about scalping, I think about a system which have a Tp=5_Pips and Sl=5_Pips, or a System which closes All trades within 1_minute [No matter what]. Such scalper have strong Directional Prediction or Its taking Advantage of -Spreads. As to your earlier comments about Brokers not wanting to Pay a Scalper, Imo, any broker who refuses to return a traders gains is a Scammer. People should look for commission/ecn based brokers who don't care about scalping.

Sure,  I created an EA with you in mind . . . I even named it after you,  let me know what you think.

It uses a fixed TP & SL, none of this leaving trades open until it gets a Margin Call rubbish . . . balance Draw Down was just over 10% so not too bad.
